Social Media Management

We work on a minimum three-month commitment. This allows time to build strategy, create content properly, and gain consistency before results can be meaningfully assessed.

Content usually begins posting around weeks three to four, once strategy, planning, and your initial shoot are complete.

Yes. All strategy, photography, video, editing, copy, and ads are handled in-house by our team. This keeps quality high and ensures everything stays aligned.

We strongly encourage it. People connect with people, and seeing the faces behind a business builds trust, familiarity, and credibility far faster than brand-only content. That said, we’ll always work with your comfort level and guide you through it, whether that’s easing in gradually, featuring your team, or mixing on-camera content with voice-over and behind-the-scenes visuals. The goal is content that feels natural, confident, and genuinely you.

Yes. Content is created to work across your website, digital advertising, print, and other marketing channels, giving you more value from each shoot.

Strong marketing builds visibility, trust, and consistency first. Over time, this often leads to better-quality conversations and enquiries, but timelines vary by industry and offering.

We keep things streamlined, but collaboration matters. You’ll usually be involved in a monthly strategy call, timely feedback, and helping us organise content shoots. This may include coordinating locations, team members, or being involved in some of the content. From there, we handle the planning, creation, and execution.

No, and that’s intentional. If you’re after quick wins or last-minute posting, we’re probably not the right partner.
Photography & Videography

We typically book shoots at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for planning, location scouting, and aligning the shoot with your broader marketing goals. Need something sooner? Get in touch — if we can make it work, we will.

Most of our shoots run between 1–6 hours depending on the brief, content needed, and locations. If you’re after a full-day shoot, multi-location, or multiple set-ups (e.g. photo and video), we’ll build a custom shoot plan to fit.

Absolutely. Everything we capture is designed to be repurposed — from your website to social media, email marketing, digital ads, and beyond. You'll receive a mix of assets to suit different formats and platforms.

Totally normal — and we've got you. We'll guide you through the shoot with clear direction, and tailor the style to your comfort level. Whether you’re ready for a full on-camera moment or prefer behind-the-scenes and product-led visuals, we’ll create content that feels natural and genuinely reflects your brand.

Yes — most of our shoots include both photo and video. It’s a more efficient use of your time and ensures your content feels cohesive across platforms. We’ll map out the content plan ahead of time to make sure we capture what you need.

All editing is done in-house by our team. This keeps your content consistent, on-brand, and aligned with what was planned — with fewer revisions and no surprises. You'll receive edited, ready-to-use files unless otherwise arranged.
