The brief
When Sarah joined Bayleys, she was starting fresh, a new role, a new brand, and a clean slate online.
She knew she needed to show up consistently, look professional, and build trust quickly. What she didnβt want was content that felt forced, generic, or disconnected.
So we built everything, from the ground up.
What we handled:
Account setup
Strategy and launch planning
Brand photography
Social media management
Ad campaign rollout
Analytics and reporting
Setting the tone visually
Before anything went live, we focused on getting the foundations right.
We ran a brand shoot to capture imagery that felt polished, personal, and natural, giving Sarah a clear visual identity from day one.
That imagery shaped how the account looked, felt, and showed up online. No scrambling for content. No mismatched posts. Just consistency from the first upload.
Within the first two weeks, the account started gaining traction organically
Her very first post reached 6.7K people, with:
446 interactions
130 likes
All without overposting, chasing trends, or forcing engagement.
Clear visuals, strong messaging, and consistent posting did the work.
Supporting growth with ads
Once the brand presence was established, we introduced a small, targeted ad campaign to build momentum.
The focus wasnβt volume, it was visibility with intent.
Authentic creative, smart targeting, and a simple strategy helped extend reach while staying aligned with Sarahβs brand.
Why it worked
A clear plan from the outset
Content that actually reflected Sarah
Consistent posting without overcomplicating it
Visuals and messaging that worked together
Ads used to support momentum, not replace strategy
The takeaway: This project wasnβt about chasing fast results; it was about setting things up intentionally.
By building the foundations first, Sarah was able to establish a confident, recognisable presence quickly, one designed to support her long-term growth, not just the launch phase.
